1. Telemedicine Services

Telemedix connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for online consultations. Services may include diagnosis, treatment plans, prescriptions (if clinically appropriate), and follow-up messaging.

Telemedix services are not for emergencies — call 911 or go to your nearest ER if you experience severe or life-threatening symptoms.

2. Eligibility

Providers are licensed only in certain states. Patients must confirm their location before booking.

Telemedicine consultations are not a substitute for in-person care when required by medical necessity.

3. Payment

All fees are charged at the time of booking or at visit start. Pricing is displayed upfront.

4. Privacy & Security

Telemedix is HIPAA-compliant. Your health information is encrypted and protected at all times.

Data shared during consultations is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Prescriptions & Medication

Providers may issue prescriptions when medically appropriate and legally permitted in your state.

Certain medications (e.g., controlled substances) may not be prescribed via telemedicine.

6. Limitations & Disclaimers

Telemedix services do not replace emergency or urgent in-person care. Telemedix Providers also do not take the place of an in-person Primary Care or Specialty provider.

Health outcomes cannot be guaranteed; results depend on individual circumstances.

Telemedix is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the patient.
